Claude Van Marcke, the office is currently staffed by 15 Belgian qualified lawyers
entitled to practice before the courts in Belgium, and 4 clerical staff.
Advocatenkantoor Van Marcke has an office in Anzegem (Bar of Kortrijk) and an
office in Bruges (Bar of Bruges). The legal team of 15 lawyers
is composed exclusively of lawyers admitted to the Kortrijk, Bruges and Ypres
bars, who can address all Courts of Belgium and are well experienced in Belgian,
EU and international law. This enables us to provide a full
range of services, ranging from transactions to litigation and alternative dispute
resolution, particularly in the areas of corporate, real estate, employment, contract
