Ryan has provided legal services for sixty years; in 1995 it formed an association
with Beauvoisin & Burgess, just four years after Brian Burgess had founded
Lexlink with three other countries and in which he acted as its Secretary General
until his death in 2007. His partner Tony Beauvoisin and Brian's
brother-in-law John Flood, principal of McNamara Ryan, together continue his vision
in their commitment as the exclusive English member of Lexlink. Through
this membership a team of highly experienced lawyers in the two firms has assisted
an international clientele in a broad range of commercial and private client matters,
including acting for small and medium sized companies in both corporate and commercial
